Q?

Is the garden sustainable? What about pesticides?

Limited quantities of vegetables, herbs and heirloom varietals are available to our customers. Our friendly gardener, Alex, can assist you in picking these on your behalf.

Q?

What is unique about your restaurant to help convince my friends to join me there?

A.

Culinary Table offers a dynamic dining experience by living our philosophy of preparing healthy, organic food from scratch. With our open plan kitchen, there is constant transparency and you can witness your food being prepared, vegetables and herbs picked from the garden for your meal and buy the very same products used to prepare your food, in our deli. When we source the raw ingredients in our meals, we first source a good quality product and then negotiate price. Although our sourcing process is 40 – 50% more expensive than the average restaurant, we still offer our customers the benefit of eating free range, organic food at market price. Add to that the fact that we are situated in a warehouse and you are guaranteed to have a unique dining experience at Culinary Table!
