Paolo Adamo will share is knowledge of pasta and Italian sauces from all his experience over the years.
The morning starts with a brief lecture on pasta, equipment, some facts and interesting pasta shapes.
Then we have a hands-on experience making your own pasta dough as well as rolling your own sheets to form your pasta shapes, experiencing the vegetable garden whilst picking to make your sauces.
This will be followed by lunch, where you'll be served a palatable pasta dish.
After getting to know the ins and outs you will have a better knowledge and understanding of pasta, how to make it, shape it and sauce it, perfect for a home dinner or dinner party.
