How we make Pesto Genovese

As with everything on our menu, our pesto is made from scratch using basil from our very own garden. Our aim is to make pesto genovese that tastes like it does in Genoa - the origin of this divine paste. To achieve that we have carefully curated the cultivar we grow with strict and precise soil conditions, water quality and harvesting practices. The details of which will remain our secret for now, but the recipe we use we gladly share.
